I'm Brett — the founder of TechForge Talent Partners. For more than 30 years I've built my career around one idea: recruiting is a relationship business, and the best hires happen when someone takes the time to actually understand the work, the people, and the company doing the hiring.
My background spans manufacturing, engineering, field service, technical, and leadership hiring. I've partnered with founders, plant managers, VPs, and executive teams across advanced industries — helping them think through what they really need before we ever open a search.
I don't send resumes. I share recommendations, and I explain why a person fits — their story, their motivations, and how they'll contribute to your business. That's the difference between a recruiter and a Talent Advisor.
